Our office hours are 9am - 5pm Monday to Sunday.
Powered and Unpowered sites - Check In is from 1pm till 5pm, Late arrivals will need to notify staff in advance. Checkout is 10am. If you wish to extend checkout please notify staff to see if we can accommodate this special request. Checkouts later then 10am will incur a $15 charge till 3pm, any time after this and a one night charge will apply. Subject to availability at Managers Discretion.
Cabins - Check in time is from 2pm and Check out time is 10am. If you are requiring a Early or Late Check in then you must speak with staff before your arrival to discuss if we can help your special request. Late Check out incurs a $20 per hour surcharge after 10am. If you would like a late checkout please first discuss this with staff to see if this special request can be arranged. The surcharge must be paid on arrival.
Deposits One night charge will be the deposit which is required at your time of booking. We will not accept any bookings without this payment and failure to pay your deposit will result in your booking being cancelled and could be booked by someone else.
Cancellation and Refunds A one night stay will be charged and will not be refunded to any cancellations made within 4 weeks of your booking arrival date. If you have made a booking and paid a deposit and wish to cancel anytime before 4 weeks of your stay, you will be given a refund, less a $15 admin fee. If you have already checked in and you change your mind or leave early there is no refund. We do not provide refunds if you cancel because of the weather. BOOKINGS MADE VIA THIRD PARTIES: All third party bookings websites (eg. booking.com) have their own cancellation policies. If a booking is made via a third party, the conditions of that particular booking entity will be adhered to and you must contact them directly. Please note that these may be different from the caravan park booking conditions.
